It’s our goal that everyone who participates in our event feels welcomed, safe and accepted. All attendees and exhibitors will receive a copy of our Code of Conduct and will be required to follow these expectations.

Cancellation policy

Our risk-free registration policy allows you to cancel up to May 15, 2025, with no penalty. Refund requests after May 15, 2025, are subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event. No-shows will not be granted refunds. Registration substitutions are accepted, provided the transferee pays any applicable fee difference.
